1-2 Inches of Snow Expected Overnight

After record warmth in parts of the Tri-State area on Monday, wintry weather is likely overnight Wednesday.

The U.S. National Weather Service is predicting a 1-2 inch accumulation inland and less than an inch for the NYC metro area and the coast. The snow is likely to start overnight before turning into rain.

The Rockland County Highway Department has pretreated the roads and crews remain on standby.
