After Crash, Fellow Hatzoloh Volunteers Step Up to Buy Veteran Member A New Car

by Monsey.info

When veteran Rockland Hatzoloh volunteer RH-26 was in a crash that finished off his already aged car, his fellow volunteers and friends stepped up.

In an energetic and emotional moment, R’ Nesanel – known by his unit number RH-26 – was ushered into a Rockland Hatzoloh garage and gifted his new set of wheels, complete with tassels, bows, and a complete package of Lights and Sirens.

The money for the car was fundraised by his fellow volunteers online, where they asked people to donate towards the 40 year volunteer.

“R Nesanel was involved in A MVA , BH he’s ok,” they wrote. “But as You can see he needs a new set of wheels to help him go from saving lives to checking the Eruv!!”

After smashing past their original goal of fundraising enough money to purchase the car, the organizers used the extra money to prepare the car for emergency use.

Complete with Lights, Sirens, and a dedicated volunteer behind the wheel, Hatzoloh has another life saving vehicle on the road.
