BDE: Harav Shmiel Duvid Weissmandel, 69, OBM

With great sadness we report the passing of Harav Shmiel Duvid Weissmandel OBM, who was niftar after having been swept into high water during Hurricane Ida.

He was 69 years old.

Weissmandel, a Chossid from Neitre, had been stuck in his car near the Tappen Zee Bridge when his car was swept away.
