Be Seen – Be Safe, NRSP Launches Initiative Giving Free Reflective Belts To Residents

The North Rockland Safety Patrol, which covers the areas of Pomona, Stony Point, Garnerville, and Haverstraw, has launched an initiative giving free reflective bests to community residents.
