Chain Reaction Crash Damages Five Cars In Airmont

A chain reaction crash sent one car careening into four others Monday afternoon, thankfully leaving only one person minorly injured.

The crash took place at approximately 5:55pm in the parking lot of the 7-11 in Airmont, after the driver of one vehicle had pulled out of Pitaland and tried to cross College Rd. The vehicle struck a car traveling southbound, struck another car traveling northbound, then went off the road and struck a parked vehicle. That parked vehicle then got pushed into a second parked vehicle.

Thankfully, there was only one minor injury, that was treated and transported to the Hospital.
