Couple Arrested on Date Night Crime Spree

A couple took their marriage vows a little too literally this past weekend, staying together through a shopping spree, shoplifting spree, and arrest.

“On Saturday night, Ramapo PD arrested a 40 year old male and a 40 year old female from Fort Montgomery NY,” Ramapo PD wrote on their facebook. “The husband & wife team shoplifted more than $650 worth of merchandise from a local store. They were both charged with Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property.”

The two were issued an appearance ticket and were released on their own recognizance.
