Samuel Fussell, 18, the fifth suspect in the horrific murder of Shmuel Silverberg in Denver Colorado has been arrested, according to local reports, and is facing nine charges.

Fussell, along with four accomplices, went on a crime spree on August 18th, stealing cars before following Shmuel Silverberg into his Denver Yeshiva. There they fired at a member of Hanhola and missed before murdering Shmuel.

Police quickly arrested the other four accomplices, each of whom knew the others from previous run ins with the law, but had been searching for Fussell since the next morning.

At present, the police are not looking into Silverberg’s murder as being racially motivated.
