12 US Servicemen Killed in Kabul Suicide Attack

Four US Marines have been killed and three wounded in a series of coordinated attacks outside the Airport in Kabul Afghanistan.
The news was broken after reports that a suicide bomber had detonated outside one of the main gates of the airport where thousands are flocking in an attempt to escape the country.
According to reports, the first attack was a suicide bombing that exploded outside a crowded entrance to the airport. A terrorist then fired into the crowd gathering to help the wounded.
A second attack was also reported soon after.
More than 40 people are believed dead, and over 100 wounded in the combined attack.
The attacks, which are believed to have been executed by ISIS, were warned of by US intelligence yesterday, with congressional leaders calling for US citizens not to come to the airport as an attack was believed to be imminent.
Update: A third explosion has rocked the Kabul Airport, with the number of servicemen killed now at 10.
Update: The number of US Servicemen killed is reportedly 13, with 20 injured according to Pentagon sources. The number is expected to continue to rise.
Update: According to the Pentagon, the number of service members killed is 12.
