Frum Elected Officials Make Endorsements For Upcoming Election, Urge The Community To Vote
by Monsey.info
A letter signed by Frum elected officials of six Rockland County Villages has been released urging the community to vote in the upcoming election on August 23rd.
“We are reaching out to encourage you to go out and vote in the upcoming Primary elections for US Congress on Tuesday, Aug 23, 2022,” the letter reads. “We want to remind you that this Primary is important for our Villages who are in dire need of upgrading their aging infrastructure which needs federal funding, and with the help of the candidates we will hopefully be able to get more of the needed funding.”
The group urged all Democrat registered voters to go out and vote for Sean Patrick Maloney, whom they attest has been championing for the Hudson Valley in the US Congress for the last decade on these issues.
The group also endorsed incumbent Republican Mike Lawler, saying that he “has been a friend and a listening ear to our Villages, and a voice for the individual needs of residents.”
The letter was signed by Mayors, Deputy Mayors, and trustees of six Rockland villages including New Heampstead, Wesley Hills and Pomona.
