Fuel Contamination From Citgo Station Causes Cars To Break Down, Rockland Chaverim Issues Alert

The Citgo Gas Station on Route 59 and Requa Lane had contaminated fuel this past week, causing a significant number of vehicles to stall out and need mechanical repair.
Chaverim Of Rockland issues an alert, stating that water was found inside the fuel and discussion with the stations owners were ongoing.
According to the report, issues began as early as Friday of last week, with the vehicles owners only becoming aware of the fuel contamination after Shabbos.
Chaverim advised the community to avoid the Citgo Gas Station as the situation is resolved.
