Haverstraw Man Arrested For Commercial Burglaries in the Town

The Haverstraw Police Department has arrested Brawian Olivero Duran (22) of Haverstraw, New York in connection with separate commercial burglaries that have occurred within the Village of Haverstraw in the past week.

The defendant was charged with two counts of burglary 3rd degree (D Felony), petit larceny (A Misdemeanor) and possession of burglar tools (A Misdemeanor).

The defendant was arraigned last evening in the Village of Haverstraw Justice Court where he was released on his own recognizance.

It should be noted that a criminal complaint is merely an accusation and that a defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
