Intoxicated Driver Crashes Car Into Tree, Chaverim Assist Until Police Arrive

A group of drunk guys found out why it’s not a good idea to drive drunk after crashing their car into a tree in Spring Valley.

The car left the roadway at Union Rd and Elm St, going nose first into a tree. One of the guys then began to run away from the scene of the accident.

Chaverim’s night patrol found the car, and alerted the police while assisting in keeping the passenger on scene. The driver allegedly ran away according to one report.

The passenger of the vehicle was initially detained by the police, but was ultimately released.
