Iowa Governor Signs Law Granting Unemployment to those Fired for Not Being Vaccinated

Iowa residents who lose their jobs because they refuse COVID-19 vaccinations will get unemployment benefits under a new bill signed by Iowa Republican Gov. Kim Reynolds.

Reynolds said the new law allows Iowans “freedoms and their abilities to make healthcare decisions based on what’s best for themselves and their families,” CNN reported. She called it the “first step.”
