Chassidim Stuck at the Ukraine Border, Chabad To The Rescue

With over 1,000 Breslov Chassidim stuck at the Belarus-Ukraine Border, the Chabad Shliach in Chernigov Ukraine came to the rescue with kosher food and drinks for the stranded Chassidim.

According to a report, the Ukrainian Police commander called the shliach, who is approximately 50 miles from the border, and asked for his assistance in helping the Chassidim

Pictures from the border show a large amount of Chassidim blocking the border road and camped out on the ground.

The group was part of nearly 2,500 Chassidim that attempted to make it to Uman for Rosh Hashana, but due to the Ukrainian COVID lockdown, were denied entry.
