KASHRUS ALERT: Mehoudar Hearts of Palm Multipacks Not Kosher For Pesach

The OK Kashrus Certification has released a Kashrus Alert regarding Multipacks of Mehoudar Hearts of Palm, which erroneously has “Kosher For Passover” on the packaging.

“Multipacks of Mehoudar Hearts of Palm bear the OK symbol and the words ‘Kosher for Passover’ on the outer wrapper,” the OK wrote, “but the inner cans are not certified kosher for Passover.”

Mehoudar Hearts of Palm are only certified for Passover by the OK when the can bears the OK P symbol and is ink-jetted with the lot code: OKP1182

Corrective actions are being taken.
