Members of Congress Attempt to Intervene to Allow Chassidim to Uman For Rosh Hashana

Twenty six members of the US Congress have signed on a letter to Secretary of State Mike Pompeo asking him to intervene with the Ukrainian government to allow Chassidim to travel to Uman for Rosh Hashana.

The letter, written by Jeff Duncan, notes that the Ukrainian government had included a list of exceptions to it’s border closure, and asked for advocacy in including the Breslover Chassidim.
