Officials Push for Cell Towers In Palisades Dead Zone
Local officials are raising safety concerns regarding a dangerous dead cell zone spanning two local counties.
Elected leaders and emergency responders say Verizon is dragging its feet in installing two approved cell phone towers.
The towers would provide much-needed phone service in the area of the Palisades Parkway, which is the border of Rockland and Orange counties.
