OK Kosher Slaps Down Apple Maps With Unauthorized Use of their Kosher Symbol

The OK Kosher Certification has released an alert notifying the Jewish community of the unauthorized use of their Kosher Certification symbol, by Apple Maps.

“Apple Maps is displaying the OK certification mark on listings for various establishments in the ‘good to know’ section on both mobile app and browser,” the certification company wrote in an alert. “Please be advised this is not an authorized use of the OK Kosher certification mark.”

According to OK Kosher, “corrective actions” are being taken to resolve the issue.
