PSA: Dangerous Road Conditions As Storm Passes Over Rockland County

Snow is expected to begin around 1:00pm Thursday and continue through 5:00pm Friday, according to the own of Ramapo Highway Department. Accumulations will range 1-3 inches with locally higher amounts to 4 inches. Temperatures will generally hold in the 30s for the entire event.

Winds will be easterly at 5-15 mph with gusts to 25 mph. Pavement temperatures will hover at or just above freezing so any wet pavement could become slick.
