Ramapo Police Weekly Report

Here is a summary of Ramapo PD’s activity for the week of February 9th, 2020 through February 15th, 2020.

Officers responded to 1880 calls including:

-95 Alarm activations,
-494 Community Policing Reports, Which Includes 89 School Security Checks and 55 School Bus Safety Patrols,
-10 Domestic Incidents,
-58 Motor Vehicle Crashes,
-52 Medical Emergencies, Plus an Additional 106 Dispatched for Other Agencies.

There were 44 arrests for charges including Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Mischief, Obstruction of Breathing, Menacing, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Driving While Intoxicated, Attempted Robbery, Attempted Assault, Theft of Services, Harassment, Circumventing an Ignition Interlock, Warrant Arrests, and Vehicle and Traffic Offenses.
