Ramapo Police Weekly Report

Here is a summary of the Ramapo Police Departments activity for the week of June 14th, 2020 through June 20th, 2020.

Officers responded to 2138 calls including:

-41 Alarm Activations,
-41 Fire Related Calls, including 1 structure fire
-603 Community Policing Reports; 115 of which were school related,
-14 Domestic Incidents, only 1 resulting in an arrest
-54 Motor Vehicle Crashes, 11 of which involved injuries, 10 of which were hit and runs,
-75 Medical Emergencies, Plus an Additional 95 Dispatched for Other Agencies,

Arrests for the week involved various charges including: Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Grand Larceny 3rd Degree, Aggravated Harassment, Assault 3rd degree, Menacing 2nd degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Petit Larceny, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, Conspiracy, and several Driving While Intoxicated or Ability Impaired by Drugs Offenses.
