Here is a summary of the Ramapo Police Departments activity for the week of August 2nd, 2020 through August 8th, 2020.

Officers responded to 2247 calls including:

-89 Alarm Activations,
-110 Fire Related Calls,
-395 Community Policing Reports; 101 of which were school related,
-17 Domestic Incidents, 2 of which resulted in arrests,
-65 Motor Vehicle Crashes, 8 of which involved injuries, 8 of which were hit and runs,
-81 Medical Emergencies, Plus an Additional 78 Dispatched for Other Agencies,

Arrests for the week involved various charges including Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Driving While Intoxicated, Assault, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Sale of Marihuana, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Possession of Marihuana, Grand Larceny, Criminal Mischief, Warrant Arrests, and Traffic Offenses.
