Here is a summary of the Ramapo Police Departments activity for the week of August 9th, 2020 through August 15th, 2020.

Officers responded to 2003 calls including:

-66 Alarm Activations,
-56 Fire Related Calls,
-413 Community Policing Reports; 92 of which were school related,
-20 Domestic Incidents, 3 of which resulted in arrests,
-47 Motor Vehicle Crashes, 9 of which involved injuries, 5 of which were hit and runs,
-69 Medical Emergencies, Plus an Additional 84 Dispatched for Other Agencies,

Arrests for the week involved various charges including Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Driving While Intoxicated, Harassment, Assault, Open Container In Public, Offering a False Instrument, Scheme to Defraud, Grand Larceny, Falsifying Business Records, Criminal Contempt, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Warrant Arrests, and Traffic Offenses.
