Here is a summary of the Ramapo Police Departments activity for the week of August 16th, 2020 through August 22nd, 2020.

Officers responded to 1952 calls including:

-37 Alarm Activations,
-40 Fire Related Calls,
-490 Community Policing Reports; 98 of which were school related,
-20 Domestic Incidents, 2 of which resulted in arrests,
-53 Motor Vehicle Crashes, 5 of which involved injuries, 2 of which were hit and runs,
-78 Medical Emergencies, Plus an Additional 90 Dispatched for Other Agencies,

46 arrests for the week for various charges including Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Driving While Intoxicated, Harassment, Assault, Open Container In Public, Unlawfully Dealing with a Child, Larceny, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Tampering, Criminal Nuisance, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, Forgery, Menacing, Warrant Arrests, and Traffic Offenses.
