Here is a summary of the Ramapo Police Department’s activity for the week of December 27th, 2020 through January 2nd, 2021.

1834 Police Blotters Including:

-48 Alarm Activations,
-34 Fire Related Calls,
-441 Community Policing Reports; 109 of which were school related,
-23 Domestic Incidents, 2 of which resulted in arrests,
-36 Motor Vehicle Crashes, 9 of which involved injuries, 5 of which were hit and runs,
-70 Medical Emergencies, Plus an Additional 117 Dispatched for Other Agencies,

Arrests for the week involved various charges including Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Driving While Impaired by Drugs, Assault, Menacing, Harassment, Disorderly Conduct, Petit Larceny, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Driving While Intoxicated With 3 Prior Convictions Within 15 Years, Criminal Mischief, Criminal Contempt, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Local Law Arrests, Warrant Arrests, and Traffic Offenses.
