Here is a summary of the Ramapo Police Department’s activity for the week of January 3rd, 2021 through January 9th, 2021.

2073 Police Blotters Including:

-39 Alarm Activations,
-24 Fire Related Calls,
-577 Community Policing Reports; 146 of which were school related,
-15 Domestic Incidents, 3 of which resulted in arrests,
-62 Motor Vehicle Crashes, 9 of which involved injuries, 3 of which were hit and runs,
-77 Medical Emergencies, Plus an Additional 108 Dispatched for Other Agencies,

Arrests for the week involved various charges including: Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, Sexual Abuse 1st Degree, Exposure of a Person, Marijuana Possession Offenses, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Assault 2nd Degree, Criminal Contempt, Burglary 3rd Degree, Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree, and 4 separate arrests on Bench and Arrest Warrants.
