Here is a summary of the Ramapo Police Department’s activity for the week of January 10th, 2021 through January 16th, 2021.

2163 Police Blotters Including:

-32 Alarm Activations,
-33 Fire Related Calls,
-603 Community Policing Reports; 160 of which were school related,
-14 Domestic Incidents, 3 of which resulted in arrests,
-33 Motor Vehicle Crashes, 5 of which involved injuries, 2 of which were hit and runs,
-68 Medical Emergencies, Plus an Additional 92 Dispatched for Other Agencies,

Arrests for the week involved various charges including Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Grand Larceny, Criminal Mischief, Assault, Obstruction of Breathing, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Harassment, Petit Larceny, Criminal Contempt, Strangulation, Driving While Intoxicated, Local Law Arrests, Warrant Arrests, and Traffic Offenses.
