Here is a summary of the Ramapo Police Department’s activity for the week of February 14th, 2021 through February 20th, 2021.

2148 Police Blotters Including:

-42 Alarm Activations,
-35 Fire Related Calls,
-480 Community Policing Reports; 125 of which were school related,
-16 Domestic Incidents, 6 of which resulted in an arrest,
-66 Motor Vehicle Crashes, 9 of which involved injuries, 7 of which were hit and runs,
-74 Medical Emergencies, Plus an Additional 72 Dispatched for Other Agencies,

Arrests for the week involved various charges including Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Driving While Intoxicated, Menacing, Criminal Possession of a Weapon, Criminal Contempt, Assault, Strangulation, Grand Larceny, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Criminal Possession of Marihuana, Petit Larceny, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Mischief, Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle, Resisting Arrest, Obstructing Governmental Administration, Warrant Arrests, and Traffic Offenses.
