Here is a summary of the Ramapo Police Department’s activity for the week of May 23rd, 2021 through May 29th, 2021.

2082 Police Blotters Including:

-40 Alarm Activations,
-42 Fire Related Calls,
-635 Community Policing Reports, 105 of which were school related,
-15 Domestic Incidents, 3 of which resulted in arrests,
-40 Motor Vehicle Crashes, 12 of which involved injuries, 8 of which were hit and runs,
-79 Medical Emergencies, Plus an Additional 100 Dispatched for Other Agencies

Arrests for the week involved various charges including Harassment, Driving While Intoxicated, Criminal Contempt, Criminal Mischief, Obstruction of Breathing, Unlawful Imprisonment, Menacing, Conspiracy, Attempted Grand Larceny, Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument, Identity Theft, Sexual Abuse, Forgery, Criminal Impersonation, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Obstructing Governmental Administration, Reckless Endangerment, Assault, Warrant Arrests and Traffic Offenses.
