Ramapo Police Weekly Report

Here is a summary of the Ramapo Police Departments activity for the week of November 17th, 2019 through November 23rd, 2019. Officers responded to 1362 calls for service including:

-74 Alarm activations
-232 Community Policing Reports, which Includes 81 School
-Security Checks and 44 School Bus Safety Patrols
-8 Domestic Incidents,
-43 Motor Vehicle Crashes,
-66 Medical Emergencies, Plus an Additional 109 Dispatched for Other Agencies.

There were 30 arrests for charges including:
Menacing 2nd degree, Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree, Obstruction of Breathing, Sexual Abuse 3rd degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Obstructing Governmental Administration, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Reckless Endangerment 3rd degree, and numerous bench warrants, arrest warrants and vehicle and traffic law misdemeanors.
