Rockland Chaverim celebrated the inauguration of a new emergency response vehicle Tuesday alongside law enforcement brass and local elected officials.
Sponsored by VIP Collision, the new F-150 pickup truck was unveiled at the Town of Ramapo Police Department with Ramapo Police Chief Martin Reilly, Town Supervisor Michael Specht, Sheriff Falco, Cheif of Spring Valley Rich Oleszczuk, and Deputy Chief Jack Bosworth all in attendance.
County Legislator Aron Wieder, Ramapo Captain Danny Hyman and Captain Cobath were also on hand as the vehicle was presented to the community.
Chaverim responds to thousands of calls for help each year, providing safety services, roadside assistance, and Search and Rescue to the Rockland County community. A durable vehicle such as the Ford F-150 provides a boost to the abilities of the organization.
