Rockland County Judge Rules Grafton Thomas Remains Incompetent to Stand Trial in Monsey Chanukkah Stabbings
A Rockland County judge has ruled an Orange County man remains incompetent to stand trial in the 2019 Hanukkah stabbings in Monsey.
During a hearing, the judge adjourned the case against Grafton Thomas until December of next year.
Thomas is charged with attacking five Hasidic Jewish men with a machete in a rabbi’s home. One of the victims, a 72-year-old man, died months later.
