Rockland County Man Shot and Killed In Haverstraw Incident
A wild and deadly chain of events unfolded in a small Rockland County community.
Police said a heated argument ended with a man being shot to death inside his car, causing him to run off the road.
โThe back window of the car had no glass in it at all, which means they were shooting from behind,โ witness Julio Ortiz said.
