Rockland Officials Meet and Greet With Republican Candidate Mike Lawler

Officials from multiple Rockland towns attended a meet and greet Sunday with Republican candidate for US Congress Mike Lawler.

Attending the meetings in Pomona were officials of Wesley Hills, Pomona, New Hempstead, Spring Valley, Chestnut Ridge, and Airmont.

Mike Lawler was elected to the New York State Assembly on November 3rd, 2020, representing his district comprising the southern portion of Rockland County. Prior to being elected to the Assembly, Mike served as Deputy Town Supervisor in Orangetown and previously worked in the Westchester County Executive’s Office as a top advisor to Rob Astorino.

Discussion at the event included local funding from federal grants and combating hate and antisemitism.
