Serious Late Night Accident Where the Palisades And US 6 Meet

A serious head on collision where the Palisades Parkway and the US 6 meet sent emergency crews scrambling Thursday night.

The collision took place around 1:00am, after a drunk driver made a wrong turn and hit an oncoming car head on.

Early reports indicated multiple unconscious people were pinned in the vehicle, one person was in traumatic arrest, and CPR was in progress.

Police and Kiyal Joel Hatzoloh as mutual aid were on scene, and at least one person was airlifted to the hospital.
