Siyum Sefer Torah Brings Simcha To Forshay Less Than A Day After Stabbing Attack

Forshay Road in Monsey was again blocked off Sunday afternoon, this time for a great simcha.

A Hachnasas Sefer Torah, planned months in advance, took place on Forshay Road, heading to the shul just a few hundred feet from the location of last night stabbing.

After last nights events, the procession made a detour to the home of Rabbi Rottenberg, where the stabbing attack took place. From there they continued with the Rabbi to the shul nearby.
