Spring Valley Car Burglar Arrested, Charged With A Whopping Sixty Criminal Counts

On Monday, September 18, 2023, Ramapo detectives arrested a 33-year-old male from Spring Valley following an extensive investigation of larcenies from vehicles that occurred in August of this year. He was charged with 5 counts of Grand Larceny 4th degree, 25 counts of Petit Larceny, 6 counts of Conspiracy 5th degree, 20 counts of Conspiracy 6th degree and 4 counts of Criminal Mischief 4th degree.

The arrestee is presently being held in Rockland County Jail from an unrelated arrest and will be arraigned in the Town of Ramapo and Village of Airmont Justice Courts on future court dates regarding the recent RPD arrests.

Previously, on Thursday, August 31, 2023, a 26-year-old male from Spring Valley, was arrested by Ramapo detectives as a result of the investigation into larcenies from vehicles that occurred in August 2023. The incidents occurred in the Village of Airmont and Town of Ramapo. He was charged with 6 counts of Grand Larceny 4th degree, 25 counts of Petit Larceny, 7 counts of Conspiracy 5th degree, 20 counts of Conspiracy 6th degree and 3 counts of Criminal Mischief 4th degree. He was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Straus. Bail was set and he was remanded to Rockland County Jail.
