State Police Troop F Issued 1,153 Tickets and Removed 47 Impaired Motorists This Weekend

State Police in Troop F issued 1,153 vehicle and traffic law violation tickets during the July 9, 2021 weekend.

From 5:00 p.m. Friday, July 9, 2021 through 5:00 a.m. Monday, July 12, 2021, New York State Troopers in Troop F issued tickets for 329 speeding violations, 17 distracted driving violations, 55 seatbelt violations, 175 child restraint violations, 6 move-over violations, and removed 47 impaired motorists from the roadway.

State police also responded to 49 vehicle accidents.

Troop F includes Rockland, Orange, Sullivan, Ulster, and Greene Counties.
