Suspect in Custody Following Homicide at Rockland County Apartment Complex
Spring Valley police have confirmed that a suspect is in custody following a homicide at an apartment complex in Rockland County.
Authorities were called to the scene at 149 Sneden Place West early this morning. Upon arrival, officers began investigating the incident, with several seen entering and exiting the complex. The area has been cordoned off with police tape.
