Swerving to Avoid a Deer, Car Turns On Its Side

911 recieved a call early this morning for a rollover crash on Rockland Lane in New Square.

The driver of the vehicle told police she swerved to avoid a deer on the roadway, then struck a parked vehicle and ended up with the car on it’s side.

The driver was trapped in the vehicle and had to be extricated by Hillcrest FD.

The driver sustained only minor injuries.
