Thousands of Rockland residents are without power as Tropical Storm Isaias continues to batter Rockland County.

As of 2:15pm, O&R reported 15,624 customers without power in Rockland County and 8,958 without power in Orange County.

Notably in the dark is Bingo’s new location in Monsey, surprisingly still with some shoppers inside.
