TRAGEDY: 14-Year-Old Tragically Killed In Pomona Accident

Update: The victim has been identified as Efrayim Rubin OBM. Chesed Shel Emes and Chaverim of Rockland are on scene.

A tragic accident took place in Pomona Heights Wednesday afternoon taking the life of a Frum 14-year-old victim who was riding a bicycle on Overlook Road.

Preliminary reports indicate that the victim had been turning at an intersection at around 2:40pm when a car, also approaching at the same intersection, collided with the victim.

Hatzoloh of Rockland rushed to the scene but unfortunately it was too late and the victim was pronounced deceased.

The police have launched an investigation into the tragedy.
