by Monsey.info
Viznitz has made a second massive purchase in the Rockland County area, buying the former Pace University Campus located in Westchester, NY.
The 37-acre campus, located in Westchester County’s Briarcliff Manor, sold to Khal Torath Chiam of Rockland for $11.75 Million, and was bought from the nonprofit Research Center on Natural Conservation, according to the Rockland County Business Journal.
The purchase follows the contentious acquisition of the former Nyack College campus in South Nyack last year, which cost $45.5 Million and is presently embroiled in a legal dispute with the town.
