Watch: Back of a Box Truck Tips off Chassis

The back of a box truck tipped off its chassis around noon Wednesday in Spring Valley. The box landed on its side, covering a sidewalk. Miraculously, no one was injured.

A box truck found itself missing its rear end around noon on Wednesday, after its box tipped off it’s chassis.

The startling incident occurred on North Myrtle Ave just off of Maple Ave.

The box truck appeared to have taken a turn from Maple Street onto North Myrtle when the connections between the box and the truck appear to have given way.

The box tipped on its side, laying on next to the road and covering the sidewalk.

Thankfully no one was walking on that sidewalk when the incident occurred, and no one was reported injured in the incident.
