Weather Update For Rockland County

A weather update has been released from the Ramapo Highway Department providing the most up to date information on the ongoing storm.

The Ramapo Highway Department was out all night, and are still out, ensuring that roads are passable and safe.

Timeline: Rain will transition to snow around 10am and back to rain around noon. Another round of snow is possible between 3pm and 8pm.

Accumulation: Snowfall accumulations around an inch and rainfall amounts less than a tenth of an inch is expected.

Temperature: Highs will be in the mid 30s, lows in the mid 20s are forecast.

Wind: Southerly to southwesterly winds at 10-15 mph with gusts up to 20 mph.
