Arrest Made In Fatal Hit and Run On January 26th

The Haverstraw Police Department has announced the arrest of a 25-year-old Pomona resident in the Fatal hit-and-run that took place on January 26th of Thiells Mt. Ivy Road.

The woman is charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving a death, a Class D Felony, aggravated unlicensed operator 1st, a permanent revocation E Felony, circumventing an interlock device, a U Misdemeanor, and aggravated unlicensed operation, a Class A Misdemeanor.

The investigation continues.
