The Town of Haverstraw Police Department has made an arrest in a Hate Crimes investigation after a woman tore down an Israeli flag in Pomona.
Mary Cordero, 19, of Spring Valley, was arrested for the crime and charged with Petite Larceny. She was released with an appearance ticket for the Town of Haverstraw Justice Court.
