Seargant Sanchez of the Ramapo Police Department PBA presented a personalized wooden American Flag to Chaverim of Rockland in honor of their late member Moshe Herzog z”l CR-09, who tragically passed away in a horrific car accident in September. The commemoration was arranged by dispatcher DiBlasi.
