PSA: Multiple Palisades Exit Ramps To Be Closed Next Week

Important message from the Office of Supervisor Michael Specht: NYSDOT will be doing catch basin repair work on SB Palisades Interstate Parkway (PIP) Exits 11 & 14 next week which will require the exit ramps to be closed and traffic detoured to the next exit ramp in the SB direction and directed to get back on the NB PIP and use that exit ramp in that direction.

SB PIP Exit 11 will be Closed Monday 10/2/23 Rain Date is Tuesday 10/3/23. Traffic will be detoured to get off at Exit 10, get back onto NB PIP, and get off NB Exit 11.
SB PIP Exit 14 will be Closed Wednesday 10/4/23 Rain Date Thursday 10/5/23. Traffic will be detoured to get off at Exit 13, get back onto NB PIP, and get off NB Exit 14.

Only the SB Exit ramps for Exits 11 and 14 will be closed. The SB PIP entrance ramps at Exits 11 and 14 will remain open during this work.

Detours will be posted as well as (electric message boards ) will be activated to provide the date and time of closures and Exit ramp detour information.
