Wesley Hills Home Gutted In Major Structure Fire

A fire broke out in the Wesley Hills area of Ramapo Wednesday morning, completely destroying the home and two vehicles.

The fast moving fire was first reported at 6:43am at 987 Haverstraw Road, and triggered a large emergency response that spanned more than thirteen departments.

To facilitate fighting the fire, Route 202 was closed in both directions.

No details have yet been publicized as to the cause of the blaze.
